Description of important parts
Rotary drum

Spiral pusher
Made of carbon steel or stainless steel, it consists of core steel and blades. Carbide wear-resistant blocks are welded to the blades to increase their service life. It remains in contact with the drum when working. A certain differential speed in order to complete the slag discharge function.
Differential
It is divided into cycloidal and planetary structures. It is used to maintain a constant differential speed between the drum and the spiral for slag discharge. It can be controlled by frequency conversion or by changing the pulley or changing the speed.
Machine base
